Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

The option to choose between a subscription or a one-time purchase is always clearly displayed on our product bundles, ensuring full transparency. Customers are able to select their preferred option before proceeding, as shown in the example image below:

In addition, a confirmation email is automatically sent after purchase, clearly stating that a subscription has been activated:

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. The recurring subtotal is auto-adjusted to your supply — meaning your next delivery date will be set according to the quantity purchased. Your first subscription shipment is scheduled to match your expected stock depletion, ensuring you receive your next product right when you need it.

The subscription is set to always deliver 1 item per cycle, regardless of the quantity purchased in the initial order. The number of items bought upfront does not affect the quantity delivered in future subscription shipments.

Subscription pricing may reflect special promotional offers available only to subscribers. These offers are conditional upon a minimum commitment of two deliveries. As such, cancellation is only permitted after the second recurring charge has been successfully processed and fulfilled. Any attempt to cancel earlier may be subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

After the first recurring charge is processed, future subscription renewals can be canceled at any time through the available channels. However, any charges that have already been processed — including the first and subsequent recurring payments — are non-refundable. By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled after the commitment period. 
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, using the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
